About the shorkk duo

Hard to think of a kitchen in Lebanon without the ingredients that are the shorkk duo. Extra virgin olive oil is the basis of all Lebanese cuisine. Zejd’s EVOO comes from the north where olive trees grow above the Mediterranean coastline to the borders with Syria.
