delivery policy
We currently offer shipping to UK addresses only. If you are sending to Highlands and the Channel Islands, please contact us to find out about postage in these areas.

We charge a flat rate of £5.95 on all orders under £75. One address per order.

Orders to one address over £75 are free.

We use either Royal Mail or Parcel force as they have a tracking service in case packages go missing. We aim to send your orders out within 3 days, we will let you know if we are unable to do this.

packaging
Your items will be wrapped in tissue paper, and in a protective wrapping called “hivewrap” rather than bubble wrap. We have chosen packaging which can be recycled or is biodegradable to support a more sustainable environment.

returns
We offer refunds on items received in less than satisfactory condition. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange return.
