If wet cold grey January has got you thinking of warmer climes, might you be interested in a Lebanese adventure? We contacted Tourleb, a socially minded tour group in Lebanon, on the suggestion of Barbara Massaad. After Barbara's talk about Lebanon in Bristol last October, some intrepid shorkk customers wanted help with travelling around Lebanon. Nada, from Tourleb, has put together some ideas for us to give you an idea of an itinerary. Visiting Lebanon is not without its complications, and choosing someone who knows what's going on, is essential.Take a look at their website or follow them on Instagram @tourleb to get an idea of a holiday in Lebanon.

If anyone would like a copy of the itinerary or has any questions, please contact miranda@shorkk.com.

focaccio5-shorkk
Banish grey wet January skies with this fruity focaccia. Cranberries are useful in the freezer, so too are king prawns. Prawns with arak, and Zejd black souri olives is a weekend treat of a dish.
